Priya Lall Biography

Priya brings extensive experience in strategy, technology, and leadership to her role as Trustee. She began her career at Bain & Company advising organisations across sectors on their strategic priorities. She went on to found and scale a healthcare technology company, before moving into executive leadership at Zen Educate, a fast-growing technology company with a positive social impact on education. In this role, she works closely with Multi-Academy Trust leaders across the UK to support their schools in delivering the best outcomes for pupils.
She is passionate about the power of education to transform lives and is fully committed to supporting the mission at STEP Academy Trust.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and running.
