Meet the STEP Team

Daniela is currently an Executive Principal within a high performing multi academy trust, 
with over fifteen years of senior leadership experience in primary education. She has led 
schools through both rapid improvement and sustained excellence, building strong 
leadership teams and securing consistently high standards for pupils, with a particular 
focus on safeguarding, inclusion and excellence.

Throughout her career, Daniela has been driven by the belief that every child has the 
right to an excellent education and a strong sense of belonging in order to secure the life 
chances they deserve. She is passionate about developing future leaders, using
evidence informed practice and working collaboratively to raise standards and 
opportunity for all. Daniela brings integrity, strategic insight and an unwavering 
dedication to ensuring the very best outcomes for children, families and communities.
