Sarah is an experienced HR leader and Chartered Member of the CIPD, with a strong commitment to creating positive and inclusive organisational cultures where people can thrive. Throughout her career, she has led people strategy, organisational development, leadership and employee engagement initiatives across a range of sectors, helping organisations to build high-performing teams and supportive working environments.
Drawing on her experience in business intelligence, technology, banking and insurance, Sarah brings a broad perspective to her role as Trustee. She is passionate about the role that strong leadership, positive culture and effective people practices play in enabling schools to deliver the very best outcomes for children and young people. Sarah is proud to support STEP Academy Trust in its commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering ambitious, inclusive and values-driven school communities.

Sarah was appointed as a trustee in September 2026 and is a member of the Fiannce & Operations Committee and Pay Committee.
