Working for STEP Academy Trust

Join us in our journey to improving the life chances of children – where we have the capacity to make a difference we are morally bound to do so.
If you have the commitment to transform children’s lives then take a look at our latest vacancies.
Within the school and across the trust, staff are given support and encouragement to progress in their career. This has led to a motivated and committed staff team. Those staff who responded to the Ofsted survey unanimously stated that they were proud to be part of this organisation.

- Heathfield Academy Ofsted Inspection, May 2019
I think that STEP Academy Trust values its employees and treats them with respect.
