James Hooper, Director of Operations

Formerly STEP’s Head of Projects and Communication, James has a career spanning corporate banking, major educational building projects and school operational management.

He and his team are responsible for delivering the strategy for Premises & Estates, ICT, Catering, Communication and major building projects.
